Pre-expander converts EPS foam (raw material) in EPS expanded, achieving the required density depending on production needs.
It is machinery for polystyrene easy operation and completely automated system.
The silos,are used for storage and rest of the expanded beads, while stabilizing the same occurs.
The dimensions of the silos are very varied and adaptable to the needs of the client.
The complete installation of pipes and valves for the transport of the EPS beads will be carried out, with silo selector box and pneumatic valves.
The Block Moulding Machine transforms the pearls EPS already expanded into a compact measuring block of the inner mold, for later cutting in various forms, being fully automatic.
The Pantograph, controlled by a PC with a computer program of design and cutting of figures is used to make the final piece, cuts the block by means of incandescent threads and in X and Y movements on the cutting table.
Crushing mill, designed for EPS recycling quickly and efficiently, crushes the EPS into small portions for reuse, incorporating it back into the production process, or using it for other applications.
The steam boiler produces the water vapor necessary for the different phases of the expansion process (expansion of the raw material beads, welding and pressing of the block) It is fully automatic and requires minimal maintenance.
The compressor produces the air necessary for the movement of valves, flaps, etc ...
The tank is a storage of the air produced by the compressor.
It also works as a safety measure for eventual air needs in the production process.
